By submitting content to FishPoker, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and distribute your content in connection with our app.
We may charge fees for certain features or services of FishPoker. If you choose to use these features or services, you agree to pay the fees as they become due. We may change the fees for these features or services at any time, but we will provide notice of any changes before they take effect.
FishPoker and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our app or its contents for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its contents without our express written consent.
FishPoker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors, bugs, or other defects, or that it will be uninterrupted or available at all times.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FishPoker, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of FishPoker shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us for your use of the app.
We may terminate your access to FishPoker at any time, without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination of your account, your access to FishPoker will be immediately terminated.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.
We may update this agreement from time to time. If we make material changes to the agreement, we will notify you by email orby posting a notice on our app. Your continued use of our app following any changes to this agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of FishPoker, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between you and us, whether written or oral.
